we bought some rb532 kits and found only L3 license pre-installed; then how it supposed to be “Wireless Access Point support” as it says on http://www.mikrotik.com/routers.php page?

No offence was implied, sorry if any. I thought it was my misunderstanding of terms, nothing more. So if any user has similar experience, i’d like to hear.
i think the distributor will help you, and provide the correct license
It’s a simple license upgrade you need for a fee. Cut and paste the new key and then reboot.
I purchased 10 boards and Licenses well after the new Levels were introduced, then I received old Licenses because they were old stock, obviously, I send Mikrotik an eMail and - No response. I send mydisributor email and complained and received No response other than we cant help you they are pre loaded from the factory… you need to buy more Levels… Not much help… the bad part is I need a quote on something less than 1000 RB500’s and can’t seem to get anyone’s attention.. amazing
On your purchase did it state L3 license, or wireless AP license? I would talk with your distributor and have them provide you what you ordered.
The order in question was placed over the phone and I explicitly requested the better of the two because the License was renewable for three years. What they put down on paper was what they had, being that all of these seemed to be out of stock… I sent MT all or the LIC codes and requested help… I have received none. I have already talked to W-R and they say sorry, they are all pre-loaded and thats all we had… you need to buy more LIC… The real problem I have with this is 1) I have really not received any response from MT except this forum and 2) I had just taken the MT training course and was shown the new LIC structure in the class… so I wanted the newer LIC so it would cost less over the long run, I guess a little insult to injury I actually bought more than I needed so I could get a discount as it turns out this will wind up costing me for for doing so 
If I receive an order that is not what I ask for then I send it back. But its hard to do if you dont have terms with your distributor.
