RB600 Performance Issue

I am configuring an RB600A and testing its throughput in a very basic environment. Eth1 is connected to a gigabit switch on VLAN1 and Eth2 is on the same switch VLAN5. The RB600 is routing the traffic for my test. I am only able to get 26MBps using this method. If I remove the RB600 from the mix and connect on the same vlan I get right around 100MBps (expected gigabit speed). I am testing with NetCps.

The speeds I am trying to achieve are almost exactly what I see in this post. http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/rb600-finally-it-works-fine/20161/1

Thanks in advance; Lew

Sorry, but didn’t got this setup. Where id the traffic coming from where does it leave? Is it in bridge mode? how it is configured?

Traffic comes in untagged on ETH1 and leaves untagged on ETH2. The actual implementation will use VLAN tagging but for performance testing I am keeping it simple.
