On RB750, no current users. I enable web proxy with 1 single entry (of anything) to block websites, and the cpu climbs close to 100%. I turn off web proxy and it goes down close to 0%.

Okay, I’ll try that. By the way, would that have anything to do with Google telling me that I am sending automated responses and now everything I search in google, I have to fill in a CAPTCHA to show I’m human???
