RB750G VPN to SoftEther?

My only internet access is currently Verizon, and my phone is tethered to a laptop being shared at the head end of my network routed through a RB750G at my headend (I have 5 other tiks inside my lan). I was told I need to use SoftEther to create a VPN behind verizons double NAT. How do I tie in my RB 750G so I can VPN to my friend in norway??

Sorry for sounding like a noob. I have a basic understanding of networking. Key word: basic.
Any help would be extremely appreciated.

No need for softether. I asume your friend VPN server is SSTP?

You can either:

  • Create a SSTP VPN on your laptop (windows or Linux) to connect it directly to your friend (doesn’t matter your internal NAT)
  • Add an SSTP-Client to your 750, and connect both networks. (doesn’t matter NAT anyway).
