RB951UI-2ND Backup Issues (Not saving backups)

Good Afthernoon

Well today I’ve tried to fix my RB951 cause its not saving my backups, i’ve realized that after 2 days when I’ve tried to restore
the earlier backups. So this is what i’ve done so far


  1. Downgrade the routeros to a previous version. In this case from 3.38.1 to 3.37.3 NOT WORK


  2. NetInstall RouterOS with 3.38.1 Package NOT WORK


  3. NetInstall RouterOS with 3.37.3 Package NOT WORK


  4. Verified if i had issues with BAD BLOCK sectors

So at this point i have nothing in my mind to fix this, If anyone can help me to resolve this, or anybody that has the same issue i will be grateful

Warning> : If device has a directory named “flash” in its file list, then files which you want to be kept after system reboot/power cycle must be stored within it. As anything outside of it is kept within a RAM disk and will be lost upon reboot. Note: this does not include .npk upgrade files as they will be applied by upgrade process before system discards the RAM drive content.

PS. It’s probably not that easy to find this particular piece of information in the manual, but please do search the forum before asking another question here next time.
