Reboot a RouterBoard

Dear all,
is there a way to reboot a routerboard in the same way as disconnect and reconnect power supply?
I have a problem with RB411U. Some times the lte module installed on it become invisible to routerboard and software reboot doesn’t resolve. Only the hardware reboot resolve the problem

Your neighbour has a suggestion how to do what you actually need rather than what you ask for  He specifically mentions a miniPCI modem so I guess the “usb” power cycle indeed works on miniPCI slots too, but it may be device dependent, at least you may have to try several bus numbers from 0 to 3. The manual is anything but clear here.

Great sindy!

Dear sindy,
the routerboard RBM11G and RBM33G are not mentioned in that list. What it means? This routerboard doesn’t require usb power reset?

See if the option is there.. Many mPCIe modems are connected via USB too. I haven’t found any that are not. My laptop has a mPCIe WWAN port, only the USB and SIM card pins are connected.. Can’t connect anything non-USB to it.

See if the option is there for you to use, if it is, try it, see what happens.

Then,
in my routerboard I have power reset option but if I try to launch it do nothint. LTE interface is alway active.

Sorry,
now it’s ok
I didn’t specify bus number.
