Redirect specific traffic to proxy

Hi,
I have devices behind the Mikrotik that are linked to it by Ethernet or WiFi. I need to redirect certain traffic from these devices (Windows and Android) to an external proxy through the Mikrotik device without having to define a proxy in each device.
Is it possible to achieve this? And how?
