ROS7.4 tx-power problem

I have problem, after upgrade ROS 6.4x to 7.4.
Tested on SXT Lite5 and LDF 5, in wireless - country=no_country_set; frequency mode=superchannel; in tx power - tx power mode=all rates fixed; set 5, 10 or 15 dbm, settings don’t save and reset tx power mode to default.
On ROS 6.4x all is works.
How fix problems?

Why don’t you configure properly, like i.e. setting country code?
