Route specific when requested to wan2

Hi , I have rb2011 with USB
Wan1 is adsl 192.168.0.1 with internet
Wan2 is the USB pop connected to 3g modem the IP is 10.10.9.33
Local is 192.168.88.1

I want client when request 10.10.9.44 to use only wan2
The 10.10.9.44 is remote desktop connection
So this way I have internet on the local network and when the client request the 10.10.9.44 its routes to wan2

Can this done ???

It can, search for “policy routing”. An example which has it all but may be overly complex for your simple case is here.
