Router Installer Browse No Work

I’m trying to use the Router Installer for the first time and I’m having a problem getting the software to load any packages. I downloaded 3 packages from the web site today and all three of them end with the “npk” extension. When I go into the Router Installer and click “Browse” and point it at the folder where the packages are located the software says “There are 3 packages(s) in this directory.”. But then when I click on “Ok” at the bottom of the Router Installer is says “Loaded 0 package(s)”. What’s wrong? I’m using Router Installer v. 1.15 which I just downloaded today and all three packages came from the Routerboard software downloads. What am I doing wrong.

Also, this is happening on both computers I’ve tried it on.

I’ve discovered that the problem is that there are multiple versions of Router Install software which are for different platforms. I had the x86 Router Install software and my “npk” files were the mips files for the routerboard.
