RouterOS v7 , can't find Skin Design Tab on Winbox

Hi,
Does the Skin Design removed from the winbox? I have routerOS v7.19.2 in which I’m trying to configure skin design but I can’t find it in the winbox

Webfig. Winbox never had a skin designer.

I don’t know what do you mean by never had a skin designer but it was , i Have already worked with it

WINBOX itself never had a skin designer

you could edit the “default” skin which winbox then applied but the skin designer has never been part of WINBOX
