There are several ways, specially if you have any Linux base box attached, you can create highly customized report for sms or email.
Following script is for standalone Mikrotik routerboard (ccr) with usb modem attached with it. You can schedule it on a daily basis or on demand basis in mikrotik as well. its up-to your requirement.
