secondary connection

hi
i have mikrotik routerboard 951 connect the internet using pppoe
and I want to make secondary connection like in Tp link routers (see the attached pictures) to see and manage the devices out of my home (in my network)

I add the static IP in IP address list
but any router using this static IP take the internet from my router so I want to isolate the outer devices and prevent it take the internet from my router
