send ssh command using router?

Hello ,
I know I can connect the a device using ssh from the menu:
tools–>telnet–>ssh

when I do it from cli
it ask me for a password , why?
is there a way to make the password in the cli (auto) ?

in the end I would like to send a reboot command to a device connectedto the router using ssh

Seem to be complicated to do,

Maybe you can use a script on the remote router to do a reset without sending one from another location.
