setting mikrotik

Helloo
help me to configure my mikrotik
i have setting my mikrotik like this
my network:

modem wifi
Broadband —> Mikrotik —> PC / laptop

modem wifi broadband = 192.168.1.2
mikrotik = 192.168.1.1 (eth1) , 192.168.2.1 (eth2)
PC / Laptop = DHCP from mikrotik

for now i can connect to inet
i wanna ask for bandwith manajemen on modem wifi broadband, so i can managed bandwith for broadband modem and for user connect from mikrotik

I started with configuring my broadband as bridge, leaving all the nice config to RB.
