Setting up long Distance link and Internet Sharing

Hi
I am a bit new here , so the issue is , i live in city and my friend lives in Near Village , the distance is around 15 kms.

i have 10Mbit internet at my location and i want to share it with my friend ( the Village does not have Broadband connectivity)

I have a bit limited budget and max speed i wanna get is the speed of my internet connection , that’s 10mb .

so what items i need to purchase and what type of setup i need to create .

How is the terrain? Can you see his home or village from your location?

Yes , the Direct contact between location is clear , mean no buildings between it .
