Setup a Wireless Network----Need a Guide Line

Hi Guys.
i live in pakistan.now i have decided to purchase this device form Uk
my friend will send me .
i am very new to create a point to point networking.
i have 4 years experience about microsoft access programming and also about web page desinging
please mention whether i need any other device (MikroTik) to connect my Point to Point Networking.
(I have tower on both side)
so i can also purchase from uk (MikroTik)
as the description of this product show it’s a complete Client Package (Point to Point)

How long of a distance is your point to point connection going to be going? Will it be Line of sight or None lighn of site? How much data are you looking to transfer over this point to point connection? These are important question that i ask before giving you suggestions on what equipment to get. -Jordan
