SHA256 Copy-to-Clipboard on download Website is broken

Hello,

i think I found a little bug on the download website.

e.g.:

https://mikrotik.com/download/routeros?architecture=arm64

If you click on “ARM64” button and on “stable”, select any version you want to download, press on the (i) icon to get the SHA256 code, and click after that “Copy to clipboard” you will get an incorrect sha256 hash.

after now testing a lot, it seems that it is always the sha256 code from the first loaded long-term version on the website.

if you click on the link above, the long term version is v7.20.8 with SHA256 bd0acbe776a654b1eaef67b54e3820db394cc1588f49a1eb707b79b860d81b8e

if you switch to any other version - e.g. v7.21.3 stable the sha256 should be 7e2200a2dd02c839eb8028666889be221e387290014a56cae0624ca531cbbfd3 (as displayed) but if you click on “copy to clipboard” you will get bd0acbe776a654b1eaef67b54e3820db394cc1588f49a1eb707b79b860d81b8e in your clipboard.

Tested with Google Chrome 145.0.7632.110 (64 bit) and FireFox 140.6.0esr (64-Bit).

And if you dowbnload the SHA256 file:
https://download.mikrotik.com/routeros/7.21.3/routeros-7.21.3-arm64.npk.sha256
it is correct.

So we are at 66.66% accuracy (should be 100%) or 33.33% mistake (should be 0%).

Good catch. :slightly_smiling_face:

The x-data div for that section contains a data-has-alpine-state="true"as for the reasons that might show up there lies on the framework part and how they are handling those elements. Above my paycheck.

seems to be fixed now - thank you very much
