Sharing hotspot from a mikrotik router to a non mikrotik router

I have created tickets for my mikrotik router and it works very well. Now I need to connect a cable from port 3 to an non mikrotik router in the next room. And for it to continue asking for ticket in order to get access. How can i make it possible ?

That "non MikroTik router" must work as a switch only (if its wireless, then as a pure access point only), not as a router (that performs NAT).

You can setup your router as an access point by desabling the DHCP on the non mikrotik router. From the port 3 on your mikrotik, connect the cable to the LAN on your non mikrotik router.
