Hi..I just installed MikroTik Routerboard 411 with MikroTik r52n card on it,but i dont understand values of signal..Can someone explain to me or tell my what is good signal and what’s the bad one or write me a scale when is good signal,when is bad,when is very good..Tnx

This is my signal right now:

band:2.4 GHz-G
Frequency:2452
Signal Strength:-55
Noise Floor:-110
Signal To Noise:55

I would tell, that this is perfect :slight_smile:.
Between -55 and -75 should be ok. Less than -75 can be too weak, more than -55 - can be too strong. But the signal strength you wrote is probably for small data rates, and increasing data rate TX power decreases. So -55 is perfect, as with high data rates it would be still more than -70 :slight_smile:.
