Hot to make sure that my web signup page is accessible only with HTTPS? instead http?
That page is user manager signup page? So people can connect with https but should not be able to connect with http. Is it doable?
Not they can connect either way http or/and https.

No man. I already have done those steps and i am HAPPY cause after hitting a wall with my HEAD finally i GOT it why is not working the SSL and now works like a hours. LOL So pay pal OK etc. Now i have issue to get the https ONLY for website ex:
www.mydomain.com, mydomain.com, my domain.com/userman, www.mydomain.com/user
Any ideal?

Can you do a redirect on http://www.mydomain.com to go to https://www.mydomain.com
I have done this before using PHP detecting if the client is connected via HTTPS or not.

I i tried that too. Didn’t work.
I did a few days testing with different config, but was not giving expecting results, so i sticked to the working setup. That is:
LAN:
http://wireless.mydomain.com ( users log in without https ) plain text, i know, it is unsecured
For signing up new users they have to clink sign up button that is: https://mydomain.com
Works this way. Although user signup secured connected. I know is not perfect but i won’t pay 200 USD for SSL with subdomains. No money lol as now.
I had my domain.com on HotSpot and Usermanager. Hey, so much problems, ssl don’t take sub domains cause it is just one domain, and it is srickly with :80 port so can not user different port for user manager signups.
Hopping MT won’t get crazzy and stays this way? HOpping, These are diffe engin, stuff, 1 little change can make my head Blow up.
