can someone check my two config examples and explain me is there any difference between this two setups? (Priorities are different for each client)

The first one the maximum all 3 clients are able to pass at a given time is 3 Mbps together. Any one of them is able to take up the full 3Mbps, and each is guaranteed 1Mbps. If there is anything free after the guarantee, client1 will get the free amount, then 2, and last of all 3.
In the second example, there is no overall queue for each client, so what each one does is independent of the other bandwidth wise.
