I have two clients that are limited by simple queue as:
User A 192.168.1.15 ip (any user) upload: 128 kbps download 512 kbps
User B ip 192.168.1.20 (special user) upload: 128 kbps download 512 kbps
User B has the same configuration of the user A but user B must use a special configuration only and exclusively of upload: 512 kbps and download: 2048 kbps when entering a specific website as http://www.mef.gob.pe, and where other traffic which has a default upload: 128 kbps download 512 kbps, as would those settings, you have to use mangle for marking this website and from there you follow procedure, please help me, thanks
