SMB server

I wish to use the smb capabilities of routerOS but I don't seem to have any options available for that, although I thought it was possible in the version I have. Here is the output of some commands to further explain my problem:

[admin@MikroTik] > ip smb
bad command name smb (line 1 column 4)

[admin@MikroTik] > system package print
Flags: X - disabled

NAME VERSION SCHEDULED

0 routeros-mipsbe 5.6

Let me know what I am doing wrong! Cheers

v5.6 do not have this ability. upgrade to the latest version (5.14)

Oh right.. Thanks!

Has somebody tested throughput of SMB-server in latest versions of ROS (5.14, 5.15)?

I have P4-1500/1G/1xCF 2G (for ROS 5.15)/2x1TB Seagate (SATA). SMB shares set up. Read/write ~20-25 MBytes/s through 1 Gbps Intel card. Meanwhile CPU loads up to 100%. Is this normal?

Also I’d like to know exactly what filesystem ROS uses for SMB shares. Under Ubuntu I see “weird” drive while it really contains data in ROS SMB shares. Ubuntu mounts it though.
Another issue: I copied data from one HDD (ext4 fs) to another (ROS SMB share) under Ubuntu 11.10 then started up ROS to check but non-latin characters in filenames changed to something like “+ ╨Э╨░╨╣╨║ ╨С╨╛╤А╨╖╨╛╨▓” under Windows (via SMB). In “Files” menu in WinBox the same filenames look like UTF8 characters in Win1251 locale (with “paragraph” chars )) and it takes VERY long to update the list of files (150 000 pcs).

ps. Sorry for bad English
