Hello - I did some searching and couldn’t find this exact problem/solution so I apologize if I missed it. Attempted an install of 2 Cube 60Pro, wireless wire cube pros. One unit when connected to the switch linked right up, solid green link on switch and Cube Pro. The other unit only gets a solid blue LED and flashing green link at the Cube, no link at the switch. We tried different cables, different ports, and even moved it to the same switch the 1st unit was on but it will not link up. I’m curious if the device not linking to a switch could be anything but a hardware issue?
Is this a very uncommon issue? I figured someone would have seen this before and known what was going on. I’m assuming it’s not booting fully or is just a bad unit? Can anybody confirm? Thanks
What I don’t understand from your post is whether you just took the two cubes out of the box(es) and attempted connecting them or if you configured them (via Winbox or Webfig or SSH).
In the first case it could be a factory mis-configuration of one device, in the second it could be a mis-configuration you made.
Or it could be a DOA device, but let’s start checking that there are no issues with current configurations.
We were sent the devices ‘pre configured’ by the customer. So, from your post, I assume they either configured them incorrectly or the device is DOA. Appreciate the reply.
