[SOLVED] Don't work reset default factory setting

Hi everyone!

I have mAP lite (ID RBmAPL-2nD). Before update everything working ok. I updated me device’s OS to the latest version and after update I can’t connect to my device.
So, I did try to reset to factory default setting. I used found instruction in the this forum, how I can do reset. Like this:

There are two bootloaders - the newer one is activated when you just connect the power, the backup one is activated if you first push the reset button and only then connect the power - https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Reset

In these cases it sometimes helps to restore factory default by pressing the reset right after applying power (if you try the newer bootloader) or before applying power (if you try the older bootloader) and then releasing it once the LED starts flashing, but maybe that’s what you meant by “cold reset”?

Last, if you never did netinstall before, it may be a challenge (it actually is even if you aren’t doing it for the first time ever). So at least with one of the two bootloaders it should succeed, but you may need to try several times.

I tried to do this procedure not once. But I can’t connection to my device.

I use Winbox the latest version.

Maybe anything know what happen and can I do reset default factory correct.

I done it!

I wrote on the support service and they helped to me. They are good!

So, if you have the same problems, i should do this :
You should use web manual on page https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Netinstall
And download Router OS, in my way is:
