is possible to connect a Mikrotik wireless device to an Ubiquiti AP with WPA2?

Yes, with standard 802.11

In other words, make sure AirMax is disabled on the Ubiquiti AP. And do not try to use nstream or NV2 on the MikroTik client.

Some years ago I try to made this link without any proprietary protocol but I had no connection.

It works!
AP Ubiquiti with WPA2 AES, WDS, airMax off, Mikrotik CPE connected to the AP

You can change the Wireless protocol on the Mikrotik CPE from ‘any’ to ‘802.11’. This will shorten connect/reconnect times.

also change channel width from 40 to 20 on ubnt

set mode to station-wds on mikrotik and disable WDS on mikrotik…
