Some government (NBI Clearance) sites not opening on MikroTik network but working on mobile data

Hi, I have small issue with my MikroTik router.

Internet is working fine for normal use like YouTube, Google and other websites. But some government sites, specially NBI Clearance website (for appointment and verification), not opening or keep loading long time.

When I try same site on mobile data, it open without any problem. Also if I use VPN on my network then website start working.

I already try change DNS to 8.8.8.8 but still same issue without VPN. So I am not sure if this is DNS problem, firewall blocking or routing issue.

This is the site is important for my clearance appointment so I need fix this soon.

Anyone know what I should check in MikroTik settings?

Try to download TOR and see if the website for the govt is working if it does report the issue to your local ISP, it’s unlikely that this is MT issue specially if most of the site is working, just my 0.02

Most likely your IP is blacklisted and these sites simply block it. Just use VPN

Thanks, that could be possible. But with VPN it works fine, so I think maybe IP or routing issue from ISP side. I’ll check with them as well.

Thanks, that makes sense. I already tested with VPN and sites start working, so maybe ISP side issue like you said. I will try TOR as well and check. Appreciate your input
