some help with basic setup

Hi all,
i have RB750g, and i need some help regarding basic mikrotik setup.
I setup DHCP but I dont know if is correct like this

Flags: X - disabled, I - invalid

for dns I use command:

[Master@RB750G] /ip> /ip dns set primary-dns= DNS ip from ISP provider
[Master@RB750G] /ip> /ip dns set secondary-dns= DNS2 ip from ISP provider

WAN IP is static from ISP
LAN segmet is 172.16.0.0/24
RB750G Lan ip 172.16.0.1

I have internet and I can ping google.com and servers in LAN, but I have problem with local dns servers.
in LAN is two local DNS servers. 172.16.0.16 and 172.16.0.17
I have AD 2003, and now i get error on servers

event id 1030
Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects. A message that describes the reason for this was previously logged by the policy engine.

If I put a old firewall (smoothwall) error message stop on servers event log.

if you are running Active Directory, you have to use your AD servers as your DNS,

so you dns server should be the IPs of your AD boxes not the ISP dns servers.

You can set your ISP dns servers on your AD boxes as forwards if you would like
