I have problems with two SR5s… I ´d tested in 3 Routerboards (RB532) and same results :
In SYSTEM/RESOURCES/PCI I can see :
Device : 00:04.0
Vendor : Atheros Communications, Inc.
Name : AR5212 802.11abg NIC (rev: 1)
IRQ : 142
But I cannot see the Interfaces in WIRELESS 
With others SR5s I see the same in SYSTEM/RESOURCES/PCI , and then when I enter in WIRELESS folder I can see the MINIPCI as wlan1 for example…

There is a solution!
According to this thread http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/disappearing-reappearing-sr5/3816/1 you need to make sure that the Ufl connector doesn’t accidentally touch/short-circuit the small items sticking out on the SR5 card.
We had the same issue, and we solved it by making sure the Ufl pigtail didn’t touch anything metal on the board & then hot-gluing it into place.
It looks like an oversight in the design department for Ubiquity. We didn’t have any of these problems with the SR2 or SR9.
