How can I stop the Dude service when running on top of RouterOS? While testing I’d rather not have it scanning everything while I’m not around - but I can’t figure out how to stop it without stopping the entire router.

If The Dude is installed on RouterOS, you can just disable it through System → Packages. You’re graphs and settings should all be in tact (at least mine were); then just enable it when you’d like it to run again. Each time you disable/enable you need to reboot RouterOS for that change to take effect.
