I got a mikrotik switch from second hand (exact model: CSS326-24G-2S+).
It sustained a damage to the mount ear during shipping, the other parts appears to be okay. Even checked inside and no loose component. No errors during simulated traffic.
Only one behaviour that I overthink about is that not all LEDs are on during boot. There are like six leds that dont light up during boot.
Is this a normal behaviour?
Rather not but the question is if ports work or not after boot?

also on both my CRS326-24G-S+RM (CRS not CSS) when resetting, not all the LEDs always light up.
In any case, all the 48 (24x2) ports are working.
In your case, the leds that not light up are always the same?
If the ports - which are not lightning during boot - work after the device boots, then no problem.
Maybe the init script do not turn on its led
