To day I try to configure a brandnew router. I pensonally opened the package, installaed the antenna and removed the plastik protection, I connected the router to power and connect it to the lan, the same procedure I used with other idetical router. The compuer I usually use to config the router have two ethernet one configurated on the local lan and other in DHCP that I connect to the switch on router. I read the admin password on the sticker and opened winbox. When winbox reveleated the router I fond a first problem. The mac is correct but the router do not have default IP (192.168.88.1), but the IP located in local lan 192.168.50.33!I try to reset the router with the button but when router restart have always the same IP.I try to connect with him from winbox but I receive an error user and password incorrect! I try to disable the local lan and restart the router, but the router do not have a ip but 0.0.0.0.
Do you can help me? For me is the first time to have this problem!
The router is compromised; they sent you one that had already been used and repackaged. Send it back and demand a new one!
Or use netinstall.

Did you use the reset button? (On the router)
