Switch ACL to put MAC in a VLAN

I’ve got a couple of stubborn devices that can’t use a DHCP option for VLAN assignment. Most can use DHCP 132 to set it but some grandstream ATAs cant

I’m autoprovisioning these and if I force the VLAN in provisioning, I lose some flexability so it’s a no-go.

What I’d like to do is put their MAC in an ACL on the switch (CRS) to put them in VLAN 100, but I haven’t done this before. Looking for an example and google hasn’t helped.
