Switch doesn't connect via sfp adapter

Hi!
I’m trying to connect a CSS610-8G-2S +IN Switch in my network using a sfp adapter. I already tested my patch cord and it’s ok. When I enter the switch management interface, it even recognizes the sfp adapter model, but shows “not connected”, as if the optical cable was not connected.

I tried using another switch as RB260GS and using this switch , the connection was established correctly using the same cable and the same sfp adapter.

I already upgraded to the latest stable version of SwitchOS.

Any Ideas?

Force port “auto detect 1Gbps full duplex” only or manual set 1Gbps full duplex

I solved set 1Gps manually, that is, auto negotiation off. Thanks a lot!
