I need some help, finding the right devices.

We have 2 buildings, the new one is constructed right now.
i have choose, FiberOptic MM OM4 4xLC/UPC-4xLC/UPC 100m Outdoor for cable and i have find the the patchpanel.

Any suggestion for the switches at the ends of fiber? for sfp i am between 1gbit or 10gbit.

i have make a research and i have found this CRS328-24P-4S+RM and this cisco CBS350-24T-4G.
i saw that mikrotik support and router os and switch os. The performance will be the same? Only a few vlans exits (around 10) on the network.

from the perspective of switching speed. Cisco gives 41.66 mpps and 56.0 switching capacity in Gbps.

If you are configure correctly, then the performance will be same on both OS. The difference is in management and features.

for the speeds, is mikrotik faster than cisco at packet switching? cisco gives mpps and mikrotik kpps.

does the CRS328-24P-4S+RM support lacp at layer 2 and the balance-rr?

I Think you want to compare it to the 350-24P-4X which is POE and 4xSFP+ ?
