SXT LTE grounding cable?

I have a SXT LTE6.

My ethernet cable has a ground pin.

Should I still need to connect another cable to the grounding screw and then to the earth?

I’m asking because I would like to avoid to have 2 grouding point (grouding bridges/loops are not good).

I think hardware developers of the router can help.

this main GROUND have other purpose and must move High Voltage to ground.
Your thinking is to move HV to next device and destroy both. That ground around cable is for other stuff like interference.
