SXT-LTE Reset problems

I’m having problems with 3 SXT-LTE units. One goes through its boot cycle and at the end of it LAN 1 green light goes out and there is no connectivity, my laptop saying cable disconnected, if i plug in a network lead into LAN 2 the green light on LAN 2 comes on and the laptop says cable is connected but i don’t know what the ip of LAN 2 is.

Second one fails login with bad user name or password.

Third one fails to login with bad user name or password.

My problem is what ever i do i cant reset to factory defaults, holding the reset button when powering up doesn’t work. If i use netinstall the second and third unit are recognized but when i press install it changes from ready to installing but after 20 seconds returns back to ready and hasn’t re-flashed the units.

I’ve worked on Cisco down to Netgear and find these units brilliant when they work but flaky when they don’t.

Is there any other way of flashing the units?

Many thanks

The reboot cycle might be a possible PoE problem caused by long cables ie too low voltage, incompatible or bad PSU.

SXT-LTE have 1xEthernet with working at 3 or 7 band only, you probably say about new SXTR with some lte module KIT.

Upgrade WinBox.

From inside the /system reset-configuration or just NetInstall.
