SXTG-2HnD dead ? (2 LEDs blinking constantly)

Greetings !

One of two SXT’s that I have (the one working as CPE) suddenly stopped working (suddenly, as nothing has been tampered on it).

When I opened trapdoors I saw USER LED and POWER LED blinking simultaneously. Furthermore, power LED on PoE injector is blinking in same “rythm” as those two LEDs.

Is SXT dead permanently or is there a way to bring it back to life ?

Have you tried another POE? another cable?

bad gigabit poe issue

Tried PoE injector from another SXT, same thing, LEDs blinking. Tried this PoE injector on another SXT and it’s working. Therefore, PoE injector is working fine.
Tried different LAN cables too, same thing happening.

Power adapter is reseting. Needs replace.

When I tried PoE injector from another SXT, I’ve tried with it’s own power adapter (another power adapter).

Looks like either the rj45 port, or the unit board is defective…
