The post was removed after approval opening again because didn't get a Convincing answer

I recently posted about my open-source project! Like any other hundred of topics that were sent before to this forum!
And my post was removed! because of “promoting of your product”
I was about to explain my project and ask why I got different treatment.
The moderator locked the topic! Please don’t Lock the topic that fast!

Here are two examples, one is open source (like mine) and the other one is only commercial and paid!!! both sharing or promoting their product!
http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/cloud-based-mikrotik-controller-and-management/158716/1 ( Admiral completely commercial )
http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/routerfleet-centralized-backup-and-management-opensource/174994/1

and of course, there is more than that, and if you ask I can share more topics with the same subjects or content that is not removed and even got support.
scripts, python software, and paid solutions.
I saw a lot of requests in the forum for software for the management of MikroTik routers! and now when I share an open-source and free project it gets removed !!!
Please tell me what is the difference.

The usual considerations apply everywhere…

I predicted EXACTLY what would happen:
end of free licenses, then paid,
and they even raised the prices from 0.5 to 2.0…

Always the same old fluff.
Why pay someone who just started, instead of paying someone who has been doing it for years and has improved the experience???

This is not what I asked in this topic but
Our free tire is open-source! there is a big difference! That is why our solution is made open-source  that is correct we have paid service, but it won’t stop anyone from using it for free.
Why have one provider and not have competition?
Also, there is a lot of difference between what we are thinking about the feature of the product and what others have!
About your last question!
With that thinking, MikroTik itself started in 1997, and other companies were there before! Now I will ask, why you are using MikroTik?

What you have to do with engitech?

Both “you” and Engitech… the sites are fake like the 3 dollar bill, there is no company reference, addresses, nothing concrete, no one knows who is responsible.
The usual sites made by AI to look convincing, but they don’t say nothing.

Do you think you can put me in difficulty with these questions?

I stopped buying new MikroTik hardware for wifi CPEs, now there is definitely better.
I continue to use only Routers, Switches and home APs.

At the time it was the most innovative, RouterOS has never had comparisons, not even the price.

Do you try to compare yourself with the MikroTik of the beginning?
So your software would be the “new MikroTik” of the RouterBOARD managers???

Ahahahahah…

You are just another attempt to spoon-feed people something for free, feeding you feedback,
to create something commercial to make you money.
Nothing more, nothing less.

@normis
Please provide the MikroTik Corporate answer to a legitimate question asked by @MikrowizardOfficial

You just saw the “difference”, and it was just a taste.

I know we have previously asked to avoid spam on the forum, but how about we make a sticky topic with possibility to advertise their product, if it is made specifically for mikrotik devices in some way. The only question is how to avoid “bumping” the topic with repeated ads.

I don’t know about others and who is Engitech? we use the template in WP named Engitech, where is the relation that you are talking with us?
Dude, who writes this amount of huge code and publishes it in Git Hub? Do you know how much time it takes to create software like this and how much Experience is needed to create software?
It is really simple for anyone who has knowledge and experience in programming to take a look at the GitHub page and find out there is a huge amount of effort behind this project!

P.S: rextended please calm down

(I had already finished)

I strongly advise to not to pollute this forum with advertisements,
otherwise the meee-too will start and everyone will want their advertising here…

I’ll answer you simply:

Your site is full of links that point to that consulting firm… Which seems to actually exist… on dream

MikroWizard seems like a very interesting software. I’ll allow it. I will also make a Forum section with such tools, everyone is free to completely avoid it

Actually, we created this software because we think that MikroTik is making a huge difference in this industry the user base is growing at a huge speed, and there is a need for software like what we made! I know this because created this software based of the our needs
We are watching the market and the MikroTik team is doing great with all of the products they created! you can walk around and look at the top of a building when you are walking
Of course, we want to make money from our project but we also offer a free open-source version with a lot of features to show that we are serious and also the community will benefit from that!
It is a well-known business plan and marketing! A lot of open-source projects are like that!

MikroWizard, please make a clear post in here with decription of what your software does and how much it costs, and what limits there are in the Free tier. I will also move the other mentioned topics into this section:

https://forum.mikrotik.com/viewforum.php?f=25

Please move also flashstart…
http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/advertising-sharing-feedbacks-on-flashstart-dns-malware-content-filtering/160474/1

Done.

No need to get agressive, we can always work out something. There are definitely people who will gladly pay for such software, and there is no better place than the MikroTik forum to find them. We just need to separate advertisements from discussions. I hope this solves it.

That is awesome! Thank you for your support. it is really valuable for our team. In the first place we are here to gain community support and feedback, it is more valuable than money for us!

(my criticisms are useful, you will see now that he improves the site…)

And Splunk? Must be moved?
http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/tool-using-splunk-to-analyse-mikrotik-logs-4-0-graphing-everything/153043/1

I think Splunk is some unrelated software, and Jotne is just posting a tutorial for how to make MikroTik work with it. So I don’t think it qualifies
