Traffic Flow using Netflow Analyzer 7 Pro

Hi all
Firstly I’m a newbie to Mikrotik hardware and Router OS. I have 2 Rb433AH boards with an Atheros AR5 in each. These devices are configured in a wds / bridge setup, this is working great. I have decided I would like to monitor the traffic on Ethernet 1 of both boards; ether1 is part of the bridge in each case. So I looked around on the Mikrotik site and it looked rather straight forward.
The issue I’m having is only the bridge interfaces are sending traffic flow packets, I have checked in winbox that all interfaces are included in the traffic flow settings. One thing I have noticed is if the router board is rebooted it sends out a few packets to the analyzer about the Ethernet interfaces then quickly stops.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?
Is there better software than Netflow Analyzer 7 pro?
