trying to catch an ap lockup in syslog.

Hi there, im trying to figure out what i should be logging to troubleshoot why my sr2 card stops passing traffic to connected clients on my rb433ah. I have wireless and pppoe debug and didnt see anything other than pppoe sessions timing out and failed dhcp attempts. id log system debug, but that would get pretty busy at the syslog server if i did.

just a brief overview of the problem first i guess would help:

once or twice a day, my 70 connected wireless B clients stop connecting to the internet. I first see all the pppoe users timeout, and im unable to ping any of my dhcp users.

To bring everybody back on, all i neeed to do is disable the SR2 wireless card, and re-enable it, boom instant fix.


any suggestions for logging these events?

well, here is the thing, the same symptoms occured on the previous ubiquity powerstation2 AP/rb450g, an engenious 2611p/rb450g, and now the rb433ah/sr2 radio combo.

I was leaning towards hardware issues myself, specifically the fm transmitters on that same tower throwing RF at our gear.
