types of radios on backbone & client side

Hey folks, I’m about to purchase some equipment to setup a hotspot type network using 1 Master AP and 3 Slave APs.

I think that having high-power cards (EMP-8602) for backbone and regular power cards(R52) for client-side is the way to go, but I’m not so sure. Would there be any advantage on having a high-power cards on client side?

Note that the clients will only be using their everyday laptops to connect to the hotspot.
