Unable to Communicate LAN to LAN on 2 MikroTik Routers

We had a vendor install 2 MikroTik routers on a ring network and the devices are unable to talk LAN to LAN. They will talk WAN to WAN and WAN to LAN without any problems. We can also reach the devices on the LAN of the MikroTik routers from our computer network without any problems. The only problem we have is talk LAN to LAN communication between MikroTik routers. The router is a RB2011UiAS (Version 6.49.10) and ether 1 is our WAN port all the other ports are part of bridge 1. We are not using NAT and it appears that there are no firewall rules. I do have a static router in each router pointing to the LAN network on the other device. There is also a default route pointing to our firewall and this is the route I’m using to access the LAN network on the Mikrotik router. This is the first time I have used MikroTik devices and I’m unfamiliar with some of the settings.

Figured out the issue. I tried to delete the post, but the system won’t let me.
