Unable to write on External USB EXT3 HDD

Dear friends, I’m Luca from Italy.
I have a problem with my External EXT3 USB hard disk.
I try to explain..
I have an external box USB 3.0 with an HDD in EXT3 Format. I need it because I would like to connect at USB port of my RB3011 and move it the database of my hotspot.
To do so, I had format the HDD with EXT3 without errors.
When I connect it on RB3011, everithing is ok but I’m unable to write inside, like if I have not permission to write.
How can I do to permit the RB3011 write the database inside the External HDD?

Did you format it inside RouterOS or somewhere else? Try to format it in RouterOS in the “/disk” menu

I had similar problem with a SD card in a hEX-S. Could not copy files from and write to.

Formatting in ROS made no difference, Windows could not format the card. I put in a camera and formating was succesful and the card working again in the hEX-S.
