Upgrade 2.9.51 to 3.19 and signal goes from -79 to -86

So I upgraded a couple routers tonight from 2.9.51 to 3.19

Immediately after, without making any changes the signal is -86 instead of -79.

Tried changing antenna sides, etc. TX power settings are default.

Did a system reset and put the most basic settings back in.

Downgraded back to 2.9.51 yet the piss poor signals remain.

Any ideas?

check the offset if you work with manual-tx-power table . . .

Try to replace minipci , probably damaged (lighthing strikes, static, etc etc)

the CCQ goes down after upgrade?
