Upgrade Path to replace LHG LTE

I have a few LHG LTE units in the USA with T-Mobile tablet SIM cards and they work well (mangle FW rule required). They seem to stay on band 2 or 4 and if the signal is good they can provide around 80Mpbs if not a little more. I've tried the LHG LTE6 but have stability issues with it. Is there a logical upgrade for the LHG LTE device that will provide a stable connection and possibly increase the speed? This should be an easy upgrade but after much trial and error I've found this to be very difficult and maybe not even possible. I'm a bit perplexed as to why Mikrotik wouldn't make a logical replacement for the LHG LTE. Does anyone know anything about this? Thank you.

You could perhaps get a slight upgrade US type replacement pcie card for the existing unit. (or the lte6 unit)

The quectel ep06-A one of these looks maybe usable.

Unfortunately the recent Mikrotik r11e-lte7 module looks non usable for US.
And other higher end mini-pcie devices seem to be in short supply.

The LHGGM is not for the USA.

No, but the device he is putting into the LHGGM appears likely to make it suitable for the USA. Double check first though.

You could try one of these cards in your LHG(s), though the LHG doesn't have enough antennas. (Hopefully they will just turn these ports off if no antenna is connected)
