I have a gaming center it has 8 PS4 and 30 PCs. I was having issue in one game called (call of duty) when I was trying to play online it was requesting port 3074 UDP but the router was not allowing.
then I enabled UPNP and it worked for one PS4 only.
What should I do if I want all PS4s can work with port 3074 UDP?

Upnp will only forward that port to one of the ps4’s
If you want open nat on all devices you will need to give them all a public ip address.
OR you can do double nat through second router 
3074 → 1301 → 3074
3074 → 1302 → 3074
3074 → 1303 → 3074.
But it’s true that your console needs global addresses That’s best option. /28 network.
OR you can get ipv6 /48 block from hurricane electric and assign public ipv6 addresses fo free
Create a firewall filter to block external port 3074 … that will force the ps4 to select another port while under the influence of UpNP … not 100% sure this would work for the ps4 under RouterOS I know this does work for xboxes. I do this using EdgeRouter and both ps4 and xboxes work very nicely 4 of each.
Find a game that was designed properly. As if only one member of a household is going to game. How rude!
