Userman Error on CRS109-8G-1S-2HnD-IN (Version 6.37.1)

Hi

I installed and configured UserManager on CRS109-8G-1S-2HnD-IN (Version 6.37.1) and I am getting error 404, not found. Is there a way to resolve this error?
