In userman 5.0 or 5.1 users i add 10 users
Then i click generate then pick csv file
error
cannot process server message (phase 2)
error name : error
error message : invalid argument
Please contact server administrator.
Happens also when you click download file.
After you click ok message please wait
Have tried to rebuild database and reboot but no luck.
Any ideas ???
I just tried this myself on an RB750UP RoS5.11 and using IE9 received the same error. Closing the error left me with a popup box with another “please wait” message in front I could not clear.
Refreshing the web page (F5) then showed a box with a message “click here if popup didn’t show up” and so i did and got the CSV file.
Switching to Mozilla Firefox worked fine. I did need to allow the popup from the site but no error messages.
Interesting though was IE9 generated vouchers ok and would also generate a usage report in CSV format
Any comments from other users welcome
